Back to Basics

Often we get so far ahead of ourselves we forget that the basics are the essence of what we do. Without the proper foundation, everything we build on top will fail. Naturally, we always want to move ahead and forget to go back to the basic/foundational techniques and principles in the quest to always grow. It is a natural tendency.   1. This is now my favourite video. 🙂 The concept of pressure points only ever being the last 5% of a technique is clearly evidenced here; I feel that I may need to re-film a few of my core techniques. 🙂
